A teaching model, not a personal prescription. It treats about 0.66 g/kg per day as the protein a healthy adult loses and must replace, raises losses in illness and when energy intake is low, and lets growth or strength training add new body protein when energy is adequate. Extra protein beyond that is deaminated, so it raises nitrogen out, not body protein. One simulated day passes each second. Energy needs are a rough population estimate (about 30 kcal per kg) used only to show protein as a percent of calories.
Teaching values: amino acids in mg per gram of protein, compared with the reference pattern used for protein quality scores. Real foods vary. Plant proteins eaten over a whole day complement each other; the puzzle puts them on one plate so you can see the bars add up.
The picture updates with the answer you type. The worked solution builds step by step; units that cancel are struck out in red.

Drag a card onto a box, or tap a card and then tap the box's name. Cards are buttons, so Tab and Enter work too.
Fictional people and rounded teaching values. For learning only, not personal medical or diet advice; real care plans are made by the health care team.
Wrong picks are fine here. Each one tells you why.
